Children under 10 years old are not permitted in the salon without an appointment. Please don’t bring them you to your appointment, unless prior arrangement’s have been made with your stylist.

This is a safety issue. There are hidden dangers (sharp scissors, hot tools, hot wax ect). We will not be held responsible for any accident’s. Even well behaved children can be distraction to you, your service provider and other guest looking to relax. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

• If you find yourself not able to keep an appointment, we require a minimum 24 hour cancelation notice.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment
• Payment is due when services are rendered
• Prices are subject to change with out notice. Prices listed and or quoted are base on prices. Prices are not negotiable.
• Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, retail products maybe returned with in 14 days. Of purchase
• We strive to make every client a happy client. You have 8 days to notify us of any problems with your haircut or hair color. So we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
